Hello. The interior lights flickering at idle is normal. Check and see if they flicker progressively quicker as the RPMs increase and, at around 2000 RPMs, the lights quit flickering and are a bit brighter. If yes, there isn't really anything wrong. That can be minimized with either a more powerful alternator or a smaller diameter alternator pulley.

On the rear turn signals, that's probably going to be a short in either one of the taillight sockets, taillight connectors, or the two wires that supply power to the left and right rear turn signals are shorting out on each other, but, I would wait for someone to chime in that's a little more familiar with the 69 wiring than I am before I started tearing stuff apart if I was you.

Hi again. I think that the first thing that I would do is unplug the two-wire connector from the brake from the brake light switch and and unfold a paperclip so that I could plug the two ends of the paperclip into the brake light switch wire connector, by-passing the brake light switch. If the brake lights come on, you need a new brake light switch, which is available at any major auto parts chain store for a very reasonable price. If the brake lights do not come on, then you probably have yet another problem pointing straight at the tail light harness. It might be time to start thinking about replacing the tail light harness. You have a number of issues that could all be explained by a faulty taillight harness. It could be that you have a few different, unrelated problems, but, when there is one component that could go bad, and that component going bad would account for all of the different problems, that's definitely where I would start my investigation.

One way to possibly get rid if the flickering lights is to Remove the Voltage Regulator then clean the mounting area for it.
The fender where it mounts, the back of the regulator, and the 4 contacts for the wiring connector.
Clean those off really good and put a thin film of Di-electric grease on them ,then put the connector back on.

Headlight switches over time deteriorate because of the heat they produce, this heat can affect all circuits that run thru this switch.
You also need to clean and resecure the dimmer switch as this part is very prone to corrosion and will cause flickering lights.

All this costs nothing but time and it just may solve your problem.

Voltage regulators don't usually cut-in (increasing amperage) until 800-900 RPM so noticing the flickering lights after this setting is important to watch for.

Older VR's were adjustable so if the VR is at fault you can readjust it.
Corrosion is usually the problem though.. so thoroughly clean all electrical contacts first.
