Not really. The spindles will swap, but that will be a downgrade. There are substantial geometry changes from the '65-'66 to '67+ Mustangs to be able to fit the big block motors. The upper control arms were shortened to make way for the wider engine bay and smaller shock towers, and there are some hardware differences between the lower control arms that affect strut bar mounting.
It's all similar, but just different enough to screw you up. About the only thing you can swap is the motor and
trans. You'd have to buy all new suspension parts that are specific for 68+ cars.
