Angry 1966 Mustang-My Car dies almost every ride..

Hi, this problem is getting me nuts, I own a 289 1966 coupe, 2bl
the car runs great, starts almost at 2 time key..., but sometimes
when coming out from gas station, or leaving supermarket, it begings to stall and stops, then you turn the key, it starts perfectly and no problem...
Tune up? warming proc? any help? thanks!!

Hello orbaro2009,
First welcome to the forum.
There are a number of things that could cause the trouble.
I would do the following:
1. - Check air cleaner element
2. - Replace the fuel filter
3. - Check the PVC
4. - Do a tune-up
Cap, points.condensor, rotor plugs, wires

I always try the little things first such as the first 3

DInasaur technology. aka carburator When was the last time it was adjusted or looked at?

It was the timing advance spring, I have changed to a softer one and it runs great!!
