Default edelbrock 2V to 4V conversion

Ok so i am going to put an edelbrock 4V carb on my '68 289. I have an edelbrock performer 289 intake manifold (#2121) and an edelbrock performer carb. It says i need a throttle lever adapter, and i need to modify my fuel line from the fuel pump to the carb. Is there anything else i need to get or do to properly install this carb?

i think i have one of those. do i need to get a carb spacer? ive heard of people installing the carb and the carb having issues clearing the valve covers. I have the finned "mustang" valve covers.

You should not have any clearance issues with the valve covers or the Performer intake. If you choose to go to a taller intake you may have clearance issues with the hood.
