Hello,

The 66 does not have a horn relay. I believe the early 64-65 cars had a horn relay, but not the 66.

Does your car a standard or woodgrain rimblow steering wheel? Has your car ever had it's steering wheel removed? If so, it may be that it is missing the contacts or the contact rings from the bottom of the steering wheel. If it is a standard steering wheel, then touch a screw driver across both contacts under the horn button. It may also be that your horns are just dead.
