Default Correct Size Front Brake Drum for a 1966 Mustang Convertible?

I have a 1966 Mustang convertible with a standard 289 engine, 2 barrel carb and automatic tranny. I need to know what the correct size is for the front brake drums so I can order them. I know they are 5 lug drums but I am not sure if they are 10 or 9 inch front drums. Thanks

P.S. I can't measure the old front brake drums because they were previously sawed off the car and misplaced.

I just purchased a 1966 with a 6 cylinder, 200 and just changed my brakes and drums. As per other's the 6 cylinder comes with 9 inch hubs(4 bolt pattern) and the 289 comes with 10 inch hubs.

Thanks wlightfoot16
You gave me the correct answer...10 inch it is for the V-8. The guy at Auto Zone tried to sell me 9 inch drums.

I am still working on sawing off the other front drum since it is frozen solid on the car and won't budge.

Here's what can happen trying to remove a badly frozen front brake drum.
This could be my excuse for converting to disk brakes provided I can find the right conversion spindles.
