C4 valve body identification

Default C4 valve body identification
I am considering replacing the C4 valve body in my 65 with a later model for better performance. I have located one with the following identification numbers.
Stamped C8AB-7A092-B LESTER 4 , and RF C7AP-7A101-B. Tag stamped [3Y 1].. supposedly removed from a 69 Mustang 302 / C4 Transmission. Will this work and how can I decipher the ID numbers to verify its a 69?
