Default OEM mechanical & vacuum advance on a 1969 Autolite 2100?

Just trying to find the OEM numbers so I know what I'm doing with the static timing. I don't have a vacuum gauge.

It's a '69 with a 351W. The Autolite 2100 is a 2v.

Thanks!

Ok, so it's actually the distributor...just wasn't sure if the carb was relevant. Probably should have worded it differently.
