Default 1968 steering components compatible with 1965??

I have whole power steering front suspension from a 1968 mustang parts car. Can it be swaped into a 1965 mustang I6?? or is it to wide?? Thanks in advance mustang gurus.

It's a totally different design and won't work. The actuator valve and the center link that the valve mounts to is different.
