Default Rust removers, eleminators, and rust converters

Hey all, I have finally got her stripped to the bare bones. Now I need to get rid of all the cancer and she has got alot of that. I need something that will kill all the rust like under the dash and in the roof panels. Something I can spray on and the wash off. I want to prime and paint the inside of the car the same as the outside like they did at the factory. I need something that will get into all the nooks and crannys and then prime and paint or just paint over with the 68 color that my wife has choosen (Lime Gold). Something I can use on the underbody as well. I trying to get this car as factory original as possible. Also I have started putting up pics on the car on Photobucket. i have used both por 15 and eastwood rust encapsulator , both are great and work --- i did find they eastwood a little easier to work with , just for the fact it came in a spray can and it made it easy to get to all those tight spots that you can miss with a brush , either way
you can say bye-bye to that cancer , good luck with your build and enjoy that pony

I use POR but that eastwood sounds like it will get into tighter spots.

I'm using the Eastwood rust converter liquid quart and their spray for the hard to reach areas. I used a long metal handle brush to coat the inside of my cowl (surface rust only) through the tines, worked well, looks sealed up. I use a foam brush for open areas and brush it on like you would a lacquer, smooth even strokes w/o clumping.

The liquid seems to work better than the spray of course, more consistant and turns the rust black. I just did my interior firewall and under dash, one coat -let dry 1 hour- then a second coat- let cure 48 hrs.

I'll post a pic when I'm home. I haven't used the encapsulator as I plan to primer then paint anyway, I may have if I was doing the frame or other area that would be exposed to water often just for piece of mind/extra layer.
