Default Rear Parking Brake routing - 65 Conv

I have an early 65 convert that has had the rear frame rails replaced. I am looking for info (pics, drawings, etc.) of how the parking brake cable are fouted from the backing plate to or through the frame rail and up to the tunnel. The frame rails in the car do not have hoels for the cables.

thanks,

Randy

Hello. Here are a couple of pictures that might help.

Yes, that is helpful. thank you for the pictures and that really helps with one side.

On the other side (right) it appears the floor pan has been repaired with one that may be from a late 65 or 66. It does not have the crescent cut into the floor pan that allows the cable to go above the frame rail. I think the 66 had a hole cut into the frame rail instead.

Perhaps someone will have a picture of that version as well. In the meanwhile, thanks to your post I can go fix the left side.

Thanks,

Randy

Hei again. The 66s had it running under the frame rail. There wasn't a hole that it ran through. I've got some pictures of that somewhere. I'll see if I can find one.

That was easier than I thought.
