Default 1970 Mustang key buzzer location and wiring

I'm currently re-wiring my mustand due to electrical shorts. However, I am having trouble locating my key buzzer. I have located the relay, which is just above the dimmer switch, and I have the original wiring from the relay to the buzzer, but I can't seem to locate the buzzer. Is it possible I never had one, and just had the relay and wires? Or does anyone know where it is and what it looks like? Also, any detailed diagrams or schematics would help. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!

I'm not familiar with the '70 Mustang wiring, but here's a link to wiring diagrams:

I'm sure someone in the forum can help you.

Wink Any help is better than no help

Thanks for the wiring diagram. The problem I'm having right now is that the buzzer is wired together with the throttle modulator according to the wiring diagram. I think the 2 wires coming from the speedo gear must be the throttle modulator, however, I have no idea what that does. There are also 2 wires that go into the a pillar, which I think go to the parking brake? They don't show up at all on the wiring schematic. I'm trying to wire the car so that the key buzzer works, b/c all after market kits just disconnect it. Urrgggg.....
