Question Motorcraft 2100 Carburetor Jets

Does anyone know where someone can get replacement jets (primary), for a Motorcraft 2100 Carburetor.
It's starting to look like finding an old junker pickup and ripping off the carb.
Does anyone have any ideas.

Buy a number drill set (1-80) or jet reamers and a counter sink and carefully enlarge them .001" at a time until you get the mixture you need.

Those jets are now nearly collectors items.

Even the numbered drill sets don't have fine enough sizes for what you need and even if they did its not an easy job especially if you need smaller ones.

I have not bought any, but these people said they had them for about $7/ea plus shipping. For that price its hadly worth ruining a good jet that somebody else may need, maybe you.

Pony Carbs might have some also but I don't really know.

Default Drillin'

I thought about drilling them out. I saw that suggestion elsewhere. I'd likely screw them up and I only have the one set. I just need a matching set as my set is mismatched by I think .002

CarbsOnly didn't mention anything about a minimum order but I never got around to buying any jets.

Because I am in Canada all the US places charge outrageous prices in shipping and then I usually get dinged duty and brokerage fees as well. I purchased a replacement battery tray for my '72 and the duty and brokerage fees cost more than the tray and shipping by the time it hit my door.

In an attempt to fix my issue I've started a thread in my local forum looking for a carb that I can obtain locally. It will be cheaper to get my hand on an old carb and have spare parts.

Thanks for the help guys.
