Many THANKS for your kind REPLY and the Flowers on my Car.
I´m happy to say that beside a leaking RH rear Wheelbrake-
cylinder, tourned out Drums (must replace) and "non functional Dummy" Shocks, the car is in very good condition.
The bottom, doors, and everything is socalled rustfree.
The 390 pulls like a mule and spinns the tires easily.
The C6 shifts up and down without any slip. Everything
seems perfect so far - but i need a good surce/Supplier
for quality Parts like Drums,Gaskets, a set of Torq-Thrust
Wheels, Carpet and so on. And of course a nice Book that
shows and explains exactly where to be careful when ordering
Parts for the 390 GT - SEE ? Is only a matter of time -
searching the Web.- right ?
Have a nice Day / Otto

Otto:

Here are some online parts stores:

www.partsamerica.com - This is the Advance Auto web site. This is a good source for OEM parts at a bargain price.

www.summitracing.com - One of the better suppliers for high performance parts in USA

www.jegs.com - Another fair high performance supplier. The disadvantage is they deal mostly with Chevrolet and very little with Ford.

www.fordmuscle.com - You have to visit this site. Its mandatory

MANY THANKS !
Since the car is in very good over-all condition there
isn´t something to "restore". Only need a pair of rear
wheel-brakecylinders, new Drums, 4Shocks, Driveshft
U-joints and this kind of Service Parts - THATS IT !
But would like to know more exactly if i have to be careful when ordering Gaskets or a Waterpump ?
Think it´s just a matter of time - research takes time.

THANKS AGAIN - Greetings from Austria

He He...Kaylah's post is not "his", it is "hers"
221-289 & 68-72 302 & 77-78 302 = 8.206

73-76 302 = 8.229

BOSS 302 = 8.209
