1967 Mustang Mirrors and motor

I think I did good at the junkyard today. I found a 68 Mercury Monterey with the driver side mirror still on it. It has some pitting but better than nothing. I'm trying to find out what mirrors would be correct for my car. I remember the driver side being remote. The numbers on the mirror I found are C7AB-17743-B and a large J normal size C big space then 60279-402. Hopefully the picture uploads correctly so you can see what I'm talking about.

I forgot where the identification numbers are on the block but I did get this one off of the right side head.

What's your guys take on these numbers? Is the mirror the right one for my car?

I forgot that I had a restoration book and it confirms what you're saying. I guess I can run it until I get the right one and then sell it.
