An engine from 1969 with 92K miles is about used up. Those engines just don't do the miles like the engines of today can.

Yea thats true. The guy did a compression test and it to be alright...It will need a total rebuild soon. The tank would also need to be dropped and looked at, the fuel looked pretty nasty lol. Do you guys think $3,500 would be a reasonable offer on a car of this condition?

I think that would be a reasonable price for the condition it's in.

3500 is a very fair price, might be worth even 4k if the body is solid. Fixing rust gets expensive quick.

Hopefully a 1969 convertible or Sportsroof (non Mach or Boss) for next Mustang project

Trying to find my father's 1973 Mustang Grande he bought brand new. 3F04F126773 last known registration and title was in New Jersey, 1982.

Does the car run well? I wouldn't worry too much about the 92K on the engine, if it runs and drives well. Try $3500 and see what he says.

a 92K 351w is hardly even close to being broken in. those motors were good for thousands of miles,as origionally built.

My best guess is if the report says its not a GT, then it isn't. I would trust Marti Report more than the guy. Cause that car would be really rare to have.
