I have a 66 coupe, can the rear valance be bored, trims installed and have the exhaust pipes pass through?

Or how good are the repo GT valances? I read the repos panels are poor.

Mustangs Unlimited for $33. I ordered one with the exhaust cut outs for my mach 1. along with a trunck panel, 1/4 panel, and tail light panel. factory pieces were too rusted. no complaints so far...
