Default Paint markings on front suspension for 1964 1/2 Mustang

I'm currently restoring a 1964 1/2 Mustang, 260 V8, 3speed, no power steering , no air, pretty much a plain-jane. I wanted to know what color paint stripe(s) would be on the front coil springs? Also, I've seen that some of the spindles, tie rods, sway bar, etc. have paint daubs on them whether to denote a check on the torque, a quick inspection mark, or to help the assembly line workers know which side to mount the peice on. Can anyone tell me where some of these paint daubs should go??? It's not going to be a concours car but I want to be "off the line" correct. Thanks!!!

Hello. I've got some pictures of the markings on a 260, auto car somewhere, but it will be morning before I'll be able to find them.

Would the colors be different between an auto vs. a standard shift car??
