Hi again. Have you checked the way that the throttle linkage is hooked up? If the linkage is holding the throttle plate open a significant amount, the car would do exactly what you describe.

I'll take a look at the throttle plate and let you know. It this adjustment more of a case-by-case to see at what amount of opening to get it to start or should I start with a specific measurement?
