Default 1967 mustang rocker arms

Well, i've got my whole top end torn up, and ready to go back together, i've got everything on lock, except im not sure about the rocker arms, how exactly am I suppose to get them in the correct position, like how do i know how much to tighten them down? I've gone through my mustang shop book but i can't seem to find a clear explanation or this...

First of all what kind rocker arm do u have? Flat tapper or roll rocker arm. if its for only for daily driven. im sure theres spec for torque. If ur drag it or street rod. specific clearance have to be in between the valve and rocker arm is what called valve lash

I think they're pedestal, they have a stationary bolt that they slide onto, with a not, washer and what looks like a half-sphere object..and it is indeed a daily driver.
