Default Need help with Cylinder 2 misfire code

Overnight my 1996 mustang (6 cylinder) started acting up. Shaking really bad. Had the check engine light coded and came out that cylinder 2 was misfiring. Changed out all 6 spark plugs yet still the same problem. Would you suggest I change the wires out as well or should I start with the coil?

Yeah I saw "Cylinder 2 misfire code" and had to click into the thread to see if someone had dropped a full-electronic engine into a classic!

Mod saw "1966" instead of "1996" I think.
