Wow, am I glad I waited 15 years to put my powderpainted heater box parts back together. I just received my gasket/seal kit in the mail today and it cost half as much as I saw them for 15 years ago and they appear to be of immeasurably better quality the the flimsy foam sets I saw back then.

The pieces also seem to be of better quality than some of the OEM pieces that I pulled out on disassembly.

Here is a question for anyone who has used the CA Pony seal set. They give you two triangular pieces that are suppose to go on the outside (top and bottom) of the air mix door assy. There does not appear to be enough clearance with the outside case halves to use these seals.

What is your experience?
