Default 1964 Mustang Brake Lines Question?

I am currently in the process of changing out the single reservoir master cylinder to a dual reservoir on my 64 Mustang and I am having trouble deciding which brake lines I should use to replace the old worn ones. I found this on CJPonyParts

BRAKE LINE KIT COMPLETE STANDARD DRUM 6 CYLINDER 1965 - CJ Pony Parts, Inc.

which is a complete kit for a 65 Mustang 6 cylinder standard drum brakes, but I am not sure if these will be the same brake lines that I need for my 64. Can someone tell me if these are interchangeable? and if not, where can I find the right brake lines for this vehicle?

Also, does anyone know if I will need to change a proportioning valve or distribution block since I am changing from a single to a dual reservoir?

Thanks

1st, if you want those lines from CJ, make sure you check that they have them in stock. I waited 4 weeks of them saying they are on order. I finally canceled the order. Buy your lines from Inline Tube - Preformed Stainless & OEM Brake Line Sets or Fine Lines - Brake Lines. I bought mine from Fine Lines for another vehicle I was doing.

As far as the prop valve or dist block. Disk brakes have the prop valve & drum has the dist block. When I did my dual master cylinder change, (drum brakes), I reused the block. You will have to use a plug to close one of the openings in the block that will not be used. Make sure you use an inverted flare plug.

I bought my ms from a parts store and the ms lines from the same place. Did my job for around $35. You'll need a tube bender.

If you are going to a dual master cylinder then you need lines for a car that would have that equiped and not what your car came with from the factory or the lines will be wrong. I ordered my set from Dallas Mustang and they were in stock and fit perfectly with the correct bends.

You only need the lines for the Master Cyl conversion, not the whole brake line system
