1970 Mustang Coupe, Can someone tell me if it is Normal for both sides of the emrgency Flasher and I believe it is the Courtesy lamp connections on the fuse panel to be hot. I was having gauge problems and while testing i found that those two fuses were hot on both sides all the time with key on or off. Sorry if tyhis is a silly question just want to make sure I did not a situation that was going to drain battery.

If it's hot on both sides, either there's a short, or something is miswired.
