Question headers for 302 '66

what are some of your opinions about the different style headers available for 302 powered 66 mustangs. I like the style of the shorty headers myself. also what would fit the best out of the header styles, long tube short tri y's? any ideas would be awesome. thanks!

Shorties are glorified exhaust manifolds.. Thats it. For all out and out, go for long tube headers. I've got a set of flowtechs for 90 bucks. Work great, lil interferance with stock Z- Bar but was able to bend the Z-bar enough to clear. And tri-y's... eh, I still don't think they compare to long tubes.. But I have heard Tri-Y's referred to as Y- Tri.

Generally correctly sized longtube headers produce more topend and Try -Y's more midrange either are better than stock
