Ah, looks like you have an Autolite 1100 carb for a 200 inline six. Chances are that your carb just needs a rebuild bro. Your accelerator pump has very likely gone bad. Also, where it goes inside of that hole is a little spring which pushes it back when you let off the accelerator. Perhaps check that spring though I've never seen one go bad. Rebuild kits are only like $30, though I don't know if you know how to rebuild a carb or not.

I've been looking around, i think i could manage rebuilding it. Do you have any other ideas of what it might be. So i can just take all of it head on and kno what im looking at.

that thing loks like it has seen better days of leaking tons of fuel and being ripped apart. i wouldnt rebuild it if youpaid me to. chance are the thing runs like crap to begin with. my first suggestion would be to purchase a brand new rebuilt unit from pony carbs. the redesign it so that it performs creectly and has no hessitation. if that is out of the question then i would take it to a local carb rebuild shop and have them do it. rebuilding a carb is easy but these little buggers are a pain in the ass. ive rebuilt plenty of them and they still have problems even after letting them sit in acid for a period of time. they are truly the worst designed carb in the world. let someone who knows how to work on carbs do it. it isnt much but to be on the safe side. but if the last resort comes up (rebuilding it yourself) then this is what i would do. purchase a rebuild kit from auto zone. like 18 bucks. purchase two or more cans of carb cleaner. when you dis assemble pay attention to the ball checks (little BBs) dont loose them your rebuild kit should have them if you do. take everything off you can.put it in a bucket and soak it in the carb cleaner. then take an air compresser and blow out every passage and hole you can making sure they all flow properly one stuck hole froma loose particle will cause a malfunction. after that getting all the dirt out and off begin rebuild replace everything and make sure the float is at the correct level. replace all gaskets and power valves and acc pump diaphrams everything gets replaced but the jet. when you reinstall the cover over the accelerater pump cover be careful not to over tighten you will bend it and fuel will leak out. also make sure you pull all springs plates everything. re grease the springs and moving parts (on the outside ) now the carb should be ready for a test run. also when you remove the air fuel mixture screw first screw it in and count the number of times you screwed it in. when you reinstall the screw screw it all the way in and count it back out that same number. adjust that for where you get the best and smoothest idle. screw it in and the screw it out when screw it back in slowly till it idles perfect or use a vacuum gauge on the pcv valve port and get about 19 inches of Hg. good luck

All he said, and also, don't throw anything away until you're completely done. Those rebuild kits don't ALWAYS come with everything, so you might have to use an old part. Not a big deal, the kits always include the big things that need to be replaced, you just may have to reuse somethin minor.
