Question what part of the tranny should i repair first?

Okay i have problems with my car, no suprise but some of them have been let go because of lack of cash so i need to make a list of priority of things to have checked and replaced. Okay i have a 4 speed top loader with a couple year old 9' with 3.55 and pozi. So here are the problems and lets see where this goes.
Leekages, my new 9' rear, since i got it has been leaking small amounts of fluid on the floor. The shifter fights me to shift even with the clutch to floor, its the hardest to shift when the tranny is still cold but has been getting worse over the years. Any time i put it in revers it will scratch. i'm pretty sure i have a bad syncro? And the worst part of all, i used to be able to just roast those tires every shift. but now i can hardly get scratch from first to second. im' guessing to many burnouts have left me in need of a new throw out bearing and clutch? Anyone know where i can get a HEAVY duty clutch for my car? i hardly see them advertised and dont really see them in mustangs plus or antyhing. Any ideas for maint. i should consider when i pay them to rip this sucker out, its cheaper to do it all at once. Oh it used to have racing syncros too but i think i've killed those. My first car is the best car but its a bad idea to help a 16 year old kid restore a car and give him the keys. I abused her to much when i was younger.
