Going to put supercharger on my 67 coupe but have 93 carburetor motor.
Going with 6psi of boost with carb hat and auto trans.
Questions,
Have a holley red fuel pump is that enough?
What carburetor setup is required?
Do I need to upgrade stock fuel line?
Do I need better regulator.
Just don't know what all I need to up grade or invest in?
Any help would be great thanks
Hey 1967cobra! I have a set-up close to what you are planning. Mine is an '86 302 block with all forged internals, a blow-thru Procharger D1SC, Trick Flow heads, and Holley carb. The choke has been milled out of the carb for the hat to fit properly and to let the air flow properly. The fuel pump is an Aeromotive Street/Strip that flows approx. 150 GPH w/ regulator. The lines are 3/8" hard tubing with a return line plumped back to the tank. The Holley Red Fuel pump I think would be enough for 6 psi of boost. The fuel lines IMO should be upgraded, and for sure a regulator. This just my opinion. Hope this helps. If I can be of more help, let me know! Steve

1967cobra, if it were me, I would plumb new hard line back to the tank. The return line on mine comes off the regulator and back to the tank. If you are talking about using the old line down by the front frame section, you will still have to run a line to it. But it could work depending on where you mount the regulator. Mine is mounted to the fire wall. The supply and return lines on mine are routed down the transmission tunnel. Again, I hope this helps. Steve

look at PRO SYSTEMS for a killer blow through carb. the RED pump is not enough. and whatever you do, DO NOT run the fuel lines in the transmission tunnel!
