Question 1965-66 Grab-A-Trak Spring and Handling Kit,...

1965-66 Grab-A-Trak Spring and Handling Kit, is there a different kit for fastbacks vs a coupe? or is it the same kit?

Before buying do some measurements of the way the car sits and decide how you want the car to sit. I just bought the Grab a trak 5 leaf reverse eye leafs with the 620 front springs and global west upper control arms which I relocated down about 1 1/4 inch. This makes the car sit at the low end of the factory ride height specs. Go to mustangsteves.com or stevesmustang.com website to view some pics of different suspension setups and how they will look. I am at 14" from center axle to top of fender opening all the way around. that is 9" at the pinch welds behind the front tire and in front of the rear tire. I am probably going to cut the front coil 1/4 turn to lower it a little more. I am running 215/60/15 on 15x7 rims. The only reason I am commenting is because I have had so many no-it-alls give me advice and I ended up buying two different sets of rear leafs. I have a 64 1/2 coupe with a 289/ac/4sp. Good luck.
