Replacing 1973 Mustang auto trans T-bar with smaller?

Hi, I have a very specific request, and don't know my way around the forum well enough yet.

I own a car with a 1973 Mustang auto trans T-bar shifter. That bar is way too long for my liking, and I was wondering whether anybody in a similar position has ever replaced that T-bar with something else, either shorter, or totally different.

Where would I have to start looking or posting, would you know?

Lokar might also have one, but when I searched Summit Racing for your car, nothing turned up for either B&M or Lokar. Try searching their web sites and/or contacting them.

Thanks, all, but that doesn't seem to be it. Yet. I will see.
