Question Need Help! Alternator light keeps flashing on my 65 Mustang while driving.

I am brand new to the classic scene and have a 65 mustang. My alt light keeps flashing while I am driving. It does not stay on solid but flashes and periodically goes off and comes on. Is this a wiring problem? The manual says this will happen but does anybody know how to stop it. Thanks!

My alt light did the same thing right before my voltage regulator went out. The alt light would blink when I would slow down and when the turn signals were on.

Sounds like a voltage regulator starting to crap out to me as well. If you've still got the original mounted it's really no great suprise... : )
