Default horn wiring

ok , help me paleeese..

I have a flaming river tilt column w/ a grant steering wheel. question, there are 2 conections on the horn button, the center one goes thru the adapter to the turn cancellation cam. what do i do w/ the 2nd one? ground it to the illet hub or leave unconnected?????
