Default Auto to Manual Conversion Question

Hey there guys and gals,
I have a quick question. I have two mustangs, one is my 67 coupe which is my new project car and I have a 68 that is my donor car. The 67 is an auto and the 68 have a T5 in it. I am taking the entire drivetrain out of the donor car and was wondering if I needed to swap the entire pedal assembly or if I could just take the clutch pedal assembly off and swap that into the existing automatic pedals in the 67. Has anyone on this board done a swap like this before? If so, does anyone have any recommendations for me? Thanks for your time.

You could do it either way. I think I'd just swap the clutch pedal.

Default change pedals

I have done this conversion and it is actually very easy. the only questions are is the donor vehicle a power brake equipped vehicle. If it is you will need to drill out a hole that is higher in the firewall than the one that a manual equipped vehicle uses. as the pedal mounts higher in the assembly. you also have to drill out the hole in the pedal mount assembly., in which case it might be easier just to use the 68 pedal mount. If both vehicles are the same the swap is a direct replacement of pedal and shaft.
