I was wondering if 67 repo fenders and trunk lid will fit a 68 without any major differences in mounting locations or fitment?

There shouldn't be a problem. The only difference between the 67's and 68's is the side "scoop" and the marker light on the quarter and other slight cosmetics.

But as with all repro parts you'll need to manipulate the parts to fit with a little "hammer persuasion"
