Default power steering control valve question

my power steer control valve on my 69 is leaking real bad(like a freakin water hose) and my power cylinder is shot because when i turn there is a spot where my steering grabs and clicks. i am gonna replace the power cylinder. my question is if i should rebuild the control valve or fork over 180 bucks for a new one.

I rebuilt mine and it worked very well. I used the NPD rebuild kit. Two years later I took everything out and went to quick steer manual but the rebuilt valve was still working well. I sold it to a guy with a Falcon Ranchero.
