Default NOS shot for '74 Ford 302

Anyone know what is the biggest NOS shot I could put on my 1974 Ford 302 (and still be safe)? The people @ Summit told me 75 with a stock 302.

sounds sane and safe to me, I don't think I'd go over that for fear of blowing up the pistons. Remember to put in cold plugs and adjust the timing as well
