Default rear tire rubs on drivers side only on 65 coupe

Wondering if I get new shocks would it stop my rear BFG tire from rubbing on drivers side , it only rubs on drivers side top outer side of tire, passenger side doesn't do it, would air shocks or any other type of rear shocks help. The car has stock rear suspension, what shocks would you reccomend and where to buy them, tried finding air shocks ,had no luck locally at auto parts stores

springs are original , would air shocks help this problem out along with new springs, what springs to get,I see some drop the rear about 1"-1 1/2" , I don't think I need that
