Default Leaf Spring Eye Bolt Removal

Hi all, on both sides, my leaf spring eye bolt seems to have seized to the bushing that is inside the rubber, making it impossible to get out. I have tried beating on it, soaking it in WD-40, tried a propane torch (made a nice burning rubber smell, but otherwise accomplished nothing). My sawz-all, after 15 minutes, was not even 1/4 of the way thru 1 cut (and I would need to make 4 cuts overall). I eventually cut one bolt using my air hammer with a chisel tip, but that took about an hour, and I think I messed up my hearing because the whole rest of today and tonight I cannot hear as good (hopefully I didn't permanently damage anything). Is there ANYTHING that you can recommend to either get these out, or cut them off?

I used a small dremel with several cutting wheels. They break easily but it only took me a couple of hours to finish.

Sawzall and hours of time....

Damn I had SO hoped you guys had a magic fix up your sleeves!

On the plus side I can hear fine out of my right ear, so I guess the loud-ass air hammer did not permanently mess me up.

It only took me 20 minutes to get through the bolt with a tungsten steel blade.

Well I worked on one side yesterday, I found if I cut about 10 minutes on the bolt (maybe 1/3 thru), and then turn the bolt 1/2 turn and cut the other side about 10 minutes (with a fresh blade), then I can stick the air chisel in there and snap it in about 15 seconds. At least it saves me a little bit of time. Whew.
