 Crate 351W into '68 - oil pan question
My crate 351W from Ford Racing just arrived. Plan on installing it into my wife's '68 converitble. Have discovered that it has the new style one piece rear main seal. Need to put an early style front sump pan on this motor. Are there different oil pans for one and two piece rear main seals? Seems it matters as manufacturers list main seal style in their product description. The problem seems to be that no ones sells a 351W front pan for a one peice rear main seal.
