Question Ford OEM part number D9TE-6050. Anyone know what it is or where can I find it?

I was wondering if there was a way to find old part numbers. I have a Ford OEM number and I can't find what it is.
The number is D9TE-6050 BO.

it is a drivers side specific cylinder head of some sort designed for the 1979 truck line
