Hi, i have a 1966 coupe that i am putting a 302 in. The car has two heater hoses coming from the left side of the engine compartment. Where on the 302 do those connect to. Thanks a lot, Garrett

One of them (I think the top one) goes to the waterpump, and the other one goes to a fitting on the passenger side of the intake manifold.

Look at the bottom photo on this page of my website, Electronic ignition

There should be a 90 degree fitting on the intake manifold right behind the thermostat housing for one hose and the other goes to the fitting on the waterpump itself. The stock or stock replacement waterpump should have 3 openings: lower radiator hose, bypass hose, and upper heater hose.
