Question Trim removal from above the doors on 1966 Mustang Coupe?

I'm trying to prep my car for a paint job but I cant see how to remove the trim from the rain gutter above the doors. Does anyone know how to remove it without tearing it up?

Hello. You just start at one end and pop it off with a small flat blade screwdriver. There is a small lip on the trim on the inboard side, so you have to kind of roll it inward. The whole secret to not tearing it up is be careful, go slowly and just don't tear it up.

You can use a "church key" to remove the trim. What I'm talking about is the old beer can opener ,the type that has a pointed end for opening the beer can and the other end for opening bottles. Use the end for opening the bottles and the trim should come off easily. ---Chuck
