Default question for Duffman or 68 mustangs

Hey Duffman cannot help you on the regulators, left that to a shop on my last car. Have a question for you though, on my 68 the code is missing that went on the driver side fender apron under the hood above the tire. Now I am told that that was not done after 67 and that the stamp is just in the windshield dash. Can you tell me if you 68 has "born date" information on your fender apron? Thanks EDward
