Question 1965 Mustang Quarter Panel - Coupe vs Convertible

Can a '65 coupe quarter panel be used as a replacement piece on a '65 convertible? What are the differences between the two pieces?

1965 Mustang Convertible - Red, of course, with black interior. 351W pushed a little (Comp Cam, 1970 351W heads); AT, PS, PB - Granada disc setup. Drive it all the time.
