Default 1967 Mustang Coupe Power Steering Upgrade

I want to upgrade my 1967 Mustang Coupe from manual steering to power steering. Someone is selling a used setup on ebay, but he doesn't know what year it came off of, just that its a "mid to late 60's
Ford". His auction "INCLUDES OEM PUMP, RACK, GEARBOX, PITMAN ARM, HARDWARE". He said he bought it for his '65 fastback, but has since sold the car. How can I tell if it will indeed fit my 1967 Mustang?

U may just want to go and spend the money on a new setup from a restoration supply company. U will be starting with new parts and a warranty.

If he bought it to fit a 65/66 Mustang it will not work on a 67. Most of the parts are different.

The 67 has the separate control valve that screws on to the center link. The 65-66 has the control valve built in to the center link.

This is an easy way to tell the difference.---Chuck
