Default Getting Piped

Ok I know this can be done. just need some info.
Side exhaust on 65-68 Cobras is what I want to put on my 68 Stang. I have Headman Shorties on my engine already. Do I need new headers? oh and Where can I find the best prices for SidePipes and all things needed to do so. Thank, I know more than myself had that question.

my brother did it with full length headers but its possible to with shorties you'll just need more tube. Are you going to run straight pipe or with mufflers? It's possible to use flomasters but you'll need to go to your local muffler place and get them to bend the pipe for you. Use stainless steel. Are you going to do the work yourself? Good luck

You'll have to make your own mounting system but, they can mount underneath the front seats. You might want to invest in some heat sheild. I will have pics shortly.

Check with Tony Branda Shelby and Mustang @1-800458-3477. They list 1965 Shelby G.T. 350 original side exit exhaust system item DUXK2 and DUXK3 for 154.95 and 169.96 respectivley, page 4 of their catalogue. Providing your are not looking for a "COBRA" Exhaust , I don't know you would hook that up, as they take very expensive custom made headers that exit through the side of the front fenders!
Good luck!

The pipes that Boss mentions only exit on the side, and do not run down the side like a Cobra's do
