Default 1968 Mustang Convertable door gaps moving

I took the car off rotisserie and now the door gaps will move when lifting rear of car. I have already installed now rockers, wheel covers , and fenders. Anybody have any ideas to stiffen up so there is no movement ?

Could be body sag. Taking the car off the wheels and putting it on jack stands helps, the engine weight will straighten it out a little. If it is body sag, you can weld supports from the frames to the body, never done it myself but heard of it.

Jack the car up and support it using the suspension. Weld in some quality subframe connectors particularly some made for the convertable. Forty years of stress will take its toll on a unibody without a roof to support it and your problem is common. ---Chuck
