Default Mach 1 question

I found a 69 Mustang Fastback,the people
say it's a Mach 1,but the engine code is
"F" (302 2v).

I always thought that the Mach 1 upgrade
made the car automatically come with a
351 2v/4v.

So what kind of engine did the Mach come with?

For 69 it think it came with 351w, 390, 428cj, and 428scj

From what I know, they did not offer a 302 for the Mach

[Edit]So it has been been repainted? only Machs had the sports clock on the passanger side. Hell, depending on the price even if it is not a Mach a fast back 69' is still cool, imagine your 351c in a car with those kind of looks , I'd take a fast back over a square back any day

The 351c is going in a 70 Mach 1.

The 69 comes with the original
302 2v engine so,no sence in
swapping.

Also,the 69 IS a Mach 1,the door
panel says it's a 63C,which is the code
for a Fastback Mach 1.

But like I said,the engine code is F.
Which means the engine was a 302 2v.

Well this must the first then.

Because the car is definately a 63C
and the engine code is "F".

63C = 2dr Fastback Mach 1
F = 302ci 2v v8 220hp
