Where did you come across the aftermarket wiring harness?

I used either a Painless or Summit wiring harness.

In response to "I forgot about MAXGMUST6472 Max-G Suspension System for 64-72 Mustang - Black - $3,195.00 : Highland Daytona Racing Shop same as the other one replace the coil overs with air bags."

We DO NOT recommend that someone change the Coil overs with Air Bags!

Our system is designed around specific AMLS Racing geometry by Terry Satchel. The Spring Rates and Coil Overs are carefully tested and chosen. If you want to have your Ford to be lighter, stronger, for rigidity and out handle Ferraris, Porsches etc then Buy Our System.

By the way we have just released a New Ford Mustang (and others) Front End System. Chrome Moly Bolt-in Front Steer Rack. Check it out at our website www.maxgsystems.com

Thanks!

After I did this mod and then I tried the actual wiper kit made for the 71-73 Mustang, I had the aftermarket wiper modual fail.
So I ordered another one and had it fail also.

I ended up ordering an orignial Ford delay modual from an older Ford truck or Bronco. I already had an orignial 71-73 Ford Mustang delay wiper switch. This switch worked fantastic with the delay modual from the older Ford truck/Bronco.

The action and use of the Ford delay modual is a lot better than the aftermarket modual.

I recommend doing this if you can find a 71-73 delay wiper switch.

The modual sells for around $20.00 dollars on eBay, but you need to use a 71-73 delay wiper switch not the truck/Bronco switch.
The difference in the 71-73 wiper switches is that the delay wiper switch has a gounding wire on it and it turns to the left to slow down the wiper speed.

So would this conversion work on a 69 or 70 providing the 71 switch would fit?

They make an aftermarket variable switch for the 69-70 now.
It is just plug and play, no need to cut anything!

CJ Pony Parts sells a Variable Speed wiper switch (part # WWS8) that fits the 69-70 Mustang.
