Looking to add a little color to your Mustang's interior? Diode Dynamics' RGBW Multicolor Footwell LED kits are the way to do it! By adding Diode Dynamics' LED strips under your dash, you can add RGBW color-changing ability to your Chrysler Ford Mustang's footwell area.
This kit is not just RGB, it is RGBW! That means there is an extra integrated LED chip that is specifically white in color, right next to the standard red, green, and blue LEDs. By using an RGBW controller, you can activate and control the white chip independently of the colors. This provides a much more uniform, pure, and bright white color than the traditional method of combining all RGB signals.
Our Bluetooth Controller will allow you to choose any color under the sun, including True White, directly from your phone! Our mobile app includes a wide variety of features including strobe and fade effects, preset colors, Camera Match, Music Sync, and much more. Our controller will also allow you to adjust the brightness of the LED strips. Any time you power up your strips, they will default to the last color that was previously selected.
These LED strips in this kit are highly flexible and waterproof. They feature high-density LED chips for brighter output and barrel-style M8 connectors for a secure connection.
The 2-piece kit includes everything you need to install LED strips in the front footwell area on both the driver and passenger side of your vehicle. The 4-piece kit includes everything you need to install LED strips in the front and rear footwell areas on both the driver and passenger sides of your vehicle. This kit is very universal in nature and can be tapped into any 12V power source that you would like when installing.

Yes these kits are practically universal and will work in any vehicle. The kit includes a wiring harness for installation and some quick splicers, all you have to do is find a 12v power wire either from a cigarette lighter or something else to power the footwell kit.
Everyone keeps asking how much and who installed them. When I tell them 100 bucks and myself they are shocked. I have a buddy with a Ram who should be ordering these soon.
Very glad to hear that, we really try to keep our prices down.
For the doubters, keep in mind that the kit starts at just $50 with the remote. If you add the rear option (which includes extension wires and extra accessories) as well as the newer radio-controlled remote, that's how you get to the $100 price.
I'm in VA and received them very quickly. By the way guys still loving my lights in have three friends at working wanting to put them in their cars. I was also thinking of writing up instructions for install on 2008 + Challengers
Woah! OK. It is unlikely that a music controller would maintain proper current for the RGB controller to stay on. However, you can use any RGB controller, and I know some have music controls on them. We just don't carry any.
I rented a Mustang a couple of years ago that lit up like that. I thought it was pretty cool. Also the door pockets, center console, and seems like there was something else that all lit up as well. Will these stay on one color, or do they keep changing?
Is there a way to tie in L.E.D.s for the door panels & cup holders?
